| One of the 90's biggest names in motor racing circles, in F1 Winkelhock suffered 7 failures to pre-qualify in 1989 for AGS, whom he claimed treated him badly. A successful nine year association with BMW followed, which saw him win both the British touring car and German super touring titles. |
