That lap Pastor did in Q2 must be up there in contention for lap of the year.

While I think the Pirelli's are good for racing, I do feel that they've gone too far. I mean it's all about the tyres now. "Slow down to save the tyres" is all we ever hear. Cars not going out in Q3 to save tyres is just plain ridiculous.

I will admit that I'll never be Maldonado's biggest fan but that's the one time when I've wanted him to do well

Seriously, when you watch a Formula1 driver crash into anything within a 30 foot radius of his car every weekend, you don't win many fans. But this season is like he's come alive!

I was critical of Maldonado last season but that was just something else...he is starting to look like more than just a pay driver!
