but check out the last sentence..
"It wasn't qualifying I had to save fuel at certain moments. We take the result and see what happens in future. I think we might see some interesting happenings in the future that does not concern just one car but several cars. It will be interesting."

As I said in the other thread, I think an announcement on his future is imminent but retiring or staying at Mercedes would not have that much of a knock on effect. I think he is privy to some juicy gossip. My theory in the other thread was that he could be about to announce a move back to Ferrari, but that just seems preposterous.

Those comments by Schumacher were rather cryptic, and puzzled the BBC as much as anybody else. LellaLombardi's suggestion that Schumacher is going to announce some sort of career move is possible, but another plausible suggestion I have heard is that it might relate to the engine maps that Red Bull have been using.

Whilst Red Bull seem to have been pointing fingers towards McLaren, Mercedes also seem to have been getting involved to some extent over this row - Ross Brawn is said to have been more frustrated than he has been willing to reveal in public - and some have suggested that Schumacher's comments may be a hint that the Mercedes powered teams are copying Red Bull's engine maps given that the FIA cannot enforce the regulation (although it remains to be seen what the Technical Working Group, who are holding a meeting in a couple of days, will say about this matter).
Martin Brundle, on watching a replay of Grosjean spinning:
"The problem with Grosjean is that he want to take a look back at the corner he's just exited"
