I think the main error came thanks to this clause that I think you missed:

You also get one point if you say that everyone will qualify and everyone does qualify

However there were several errors which even I couldn't explain (Don't worry, I end up doing that sort of crap all the time when I calculate the standings. I really should get someone to design a spreadsheet or a small program to do it all automatically.)
