I don't think so. It was down for most of the day for me as well, but it began working again early in the evening. Depending on when it actually went down in the first place, it could have lasted anywhere from 10 to 20 hours.

This morning, I've had to refresh the page at least 15 times just to log on. The entire forum community must be suffering as well, the evidence being the lack of posts over the night.
