Those corners are lethal, man you can tumble just by brushing them, I lost a lot of time and place by tumbling over them and getting my arse rammed by the cars behind, some of them also tumbling behind me. I hopes I can pick up the pace and get back into the top 3.

Scuderia Politalia enters REECCS

The Polish-Italian Scuderia Politalia Team decided in favour of entering the REECCS, after seeing how much popularity the series has gained over the last couple of months. Team principal Guido Jaruzelski is delighted to have, "brought together some of the best motorsport specialists from Poland and Italy...that were yet available on the market." Still, the team is backed by Marlboro and Agip, and will field a Polski-Fiat 126p, which carries the #28. The team has also found a driver for their car. Ferdinando Blaszikowski will drive the car, while Jacek Piscopo will partner him at the race at Bathurst.

Round 13 - Pau

Compared to Monaco, this race wasn't anywhere near as exciting, thanks to a lot less crashes and backwards driving. However while this race lacked in crashes, it didn't lack in a number of good battles, which went on throughout the top 10. The Polski-Fiats qualified well again and were strong throughout the race, remaining in the top 10. In fact, it was a 1-2 finish for the Polski's with a great battle between Kazuhiko Takagi, G.Ceara and Njord Munk. Takagi passed for the lead with only three minutes to go... and then promptly overcooked it, rolling and dropping back to 7th! The battle raged on, with Ceara taking the lead from Munk on the last lap for the win. Zbynek Benes finished 3rd with Peter Senerson 4th. Newcomer Ferdinando Blaszikowski finished 9th as the best of the new drivers.

Round 14 - Bercy Kart Masters... with the Karting Rejects

This round was always going to be a huge event on the calendar, being set in a stadium in a double header race with the Bercy Kart Masters. Of course, the REECCS cars were nowhere near as fast as the karts, but did prove to be a hit with the fans. One thing we knew would be that the Polski-Fiats would be strong here, and we were proven correct as they dominated qualifying once again. For some of the Fiats, the race was another matter, with a few of them rolling over the fence (that is why some drivers are missing from the results). In the end, it was Njord Munk taking the win from the Skoda's of Niko Bellic and Dean O'Lauchlan.

The highlights video and standings will be posted later.

Also, I'm thinking of running a second enduro on the Surfers Paradise Street Circuit and removing some of the regular season rounds.

Windows Live Movie Maker - just like Movie Maker, only worse for editing - normal Movie Maker doesn't come with Windows 7. I do have Movie Maker installed, though it doesn't want to save anything consisting of clips recorded with FRAPS.

There is a workaround for that which I've discovered. WinFF is a program which can be used to convert video files to different file types. The link on how to use it is here but I've found that with fraps, it's better to convert to AVI with the preset as MS compatible.

If MinardiFan says it's ok, then sure. I don't like turning up in threads and saying 'I want to join RIGHT NOW' because I can appreciate in the middle of a season it makes it rather inconvenient to start messing around with the amount of drivers, teams, etc. But if it is possible I'd like to, also a nice coincidence that the team's debut would be their home race :)

Scuderia Alitalia livery can be viewed here. I hope this has been designed in the right way to be useable, obviously the file format can be converted easily.

And, as you can tell from the picture, former European Rally Champion Krzysztof Holowczyc will be making the switch to touring cars, driving lead car #43! If there are two car teams, I will also enter Evgeny Zelenov in car #51, however if all teams are solo entries, then I will stick with just Holowczyc.
