You do not have the highest semi-auto gearbox yet, but you are working 100% on it, I will adjust the balance so the focus is more on driver aids.
As for signing BAR's staff, not really sure the best way to manage that, In GPM2 it is generally first come first serve, but not sure if East Londoner would like you taking his crew. So I will leave some time for him to respond.
Whilst your at it fancy taking Webber and Heidfeld too

I don't think it's a question of if but how long they'll hang around for

Since some of the most experienced users snapped all the sponsors, the rest of us get on with the left-overs. Luckily, I hired two pay-drivers (Monteiro is still test driver) and they turned out good. The one that it is not pay-driver on the other hand...

Toyota say they would be willing to give you engines but you would need a Japanese driver (test driver ok.) Obviously we have to await the fate of the current Toyota team first.

Even without pay drivers you would survive this season fairly easily, Toyota have a ridiculous staff expenditure at the moment (only Ferrari and Williams top it) which is hurting them greatly. (This seems eerily familiar.) HWNSNBM and Montagny confirmed for Monte Carlo. (To be fair Montagny has had horrific luck)
Also I am surprised nobody has gone for some of the big big sponsors yet. Ferrari and Williams have only approached 3 out of 6 of them and they provide big big bucks! (Though admittedly half the teams don't really have a hope in hell of getting 1)

No interest from Dell or Kingfisher yet. Kingfisher are being targeted by Minardi and yourself. Dell are being targeted by Arrows and yourself. You all need the sponsors.
My advice to Renault and McLaren would be to go for the high level sponsors because you are both losing money hand over fist but I'm not going to do it for you without you asking. Toyota you need to cut back on staff, in terms of sponsorship I don't see you getting any more.

Is there any chance for me to grab some of the big fish sponsors?

You would need to expand commercial department to do so and even then I am not so sure, the way reputation works is that at the beginning of next season your reputation will increase more in line with your current (Ferrari assisted) results.

Renault will try to go for the biggest sponsor that still hasn't been taken

I actually can't answer that one. I usually use all 5 of the sponsorship slots a team offers and if you don't keep focusing time on them, when the deal runs out they won't sponsor again. (Using all 5 slots will put a sponsors intrest down to 0) however you left some spots out and the sponsors currently have 5 star interest in you still, even with no time spent on them. I will monitor the situation for you, your deal with B&H and Mobil 1 still has 15 races to go before running out.

I don't think it will be possible for you to get the Ferrari engine, as I hinted at with the sponsors, reputation doesn't take full effect until the start of a new season. If you finish this season in the top 4 I think you would be able to get Ferrari engines for season 3, but not sure if you can get them for season 2. I have hired the commercial staff.
Also, looking at the finances, if you run Monteiro and HWNSNBM together you would be just about breaking even per race.

BAR:12.262 Million
Sauber:11.732 Million
Jaguar:17.559 Million (Made a profit this round)

Jordan:11.546 Million
Minardi:15.987 Million
Arrows:11.934 Million
Ansimov:10.470 Million
Williams will easily finish their new car at this rate (you had 6% more complete and now sit at 80% completion)
Jordan successfully "borrow" Ferrari's transmission. Minardi are unable to break in.
Well, that's what happens when you sign an 8 million black hole as your driver. Bad Phoenix, indirectly ruining the team!![]()
And because I'm feeling mean, I'm gonna have a look around their factory
