F1 Rejects Johnny Claes Award

Continuing on the basis of alternate championships, to see who would have been the best in various conditions, I have created the...
Formula One Rejects Mediocrity Awards.
This will give out an award to the driver who spent the most laps in last place over one season (only where lap charts are available). No tiebreakers will be used.

Watka, I would do it with length in km, but it would be a bit complicated to do that at such short notice. If you want to have a go that, way http://www.statsf1.com.

Also remember this is an era where there were often very few finishers, so if a mechanical problem relegated a driver to several laps down they would often carry on in the hope of points, in the modern era most drivers would just retire, so you're more likely to see a good driver in last place.
