From what I've read, Lauda had masses of appreciation for Hunt, so they would have made a great driver pairing. Then again, I'd imagine Hunt would have had something to say if a team favoured Lauda over him.

And the RA108 - you know that a car is bad when even the engineers can't stand the car. At Interlagos in 2008, Button's mechanics strapped a lighter to the inside of the cockpit, and told him that they were so fed up with the car that he was free to torch it after the race (I believe they also did the same with Rubens).
