Seasons Greetings and F1-related prezzies

Postby madmark1974 » 24 Dec 2010, 20:49

Well it's Christmas Eve here in the UK and nearly Christmas Day down under, so, as I won't be online again until the new year I thought I'd pass on Seasons Greetings to you all.

Was wondering if anyone is getting / has got any F1 related Christmas presents they'd like to tell us about?

I don't know what I'm getting, though the Mrs. sometimes gets me a bit of McLaren merchandise as a stocking filler, so fingers crossed ...

As my parents recently got a Wii I've bought my Dad F1 2009 with the wheel wiimote holder so hopefully he'll enjoy that.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

Merry Christmas everyone! :)

I'll hopefully be getting the 2010 season review and perhaps some other F1-related stuff if I'm lucky!
That's right Eddie, that was me with the banner, Spanish GP, 2002. This pile of legal forms won't fill itself in you know...

Merry Christmas everyone

I got F1 2010 earlier this month which I'm in the process of learning (The performance of the cars are pretty similar to some of the mods I have for GP4 but the feedback and responsiveness of the controls are completely different)

I got no racing related presents this year (here in Central Europe we get our presents on December 24th, just in case you are wondering why I already know). And that is probably a good thing as the people giving me presents really can't tell HWNSNBM from Stirling Moss. Which is to say they would very probably have given me something that I 1) really, really would rather not have (think Lewis Hamilton's autobiography or something like that), or 2) already have.
(Not to seem ungrateful: the presents I did get were really nice. And thoughtful.)

Anyway - very happy holidays to all of you!

Merry Christmas forum goers, here's hoping I get a DVD on the career so far of Chris Dagnall.

But seriously, may the spirit of HWNSNBM be with you.

I want one too. Would it include cameos of Jack Christopherson and Sammy Jones?

I got F12010. And, loosely, Forza Motorsports 3 (S. Johansson features as an AI driver).

It will have Christopherson almost winning the British Grand Prix in his debut year.

Maybe also a DVD showing how Jordan will win the F1 Challenge series on this forum.

No F1 related stuff here (a good thing actually as I would probably end up with an outdated BMW Sauber shirt and a Ferrari hat if I asked for BMW Sauber-Ferrari merchandise, or the book formerly known as Mark Webber's Championship Year instead of "Flat Out, Flat Broke").
Scorpion Racing - gonna rock you like a hurricane in 2014... hopefully.

I ask for any F1 PS2 game, and what do I get? The Guitar Hero game my sister wanted. For the Wii. Grrr...

Anyways, Merry Christmas, even if it was a few days late (lack of internet, you see).
