OK, for 1994 I will go with David Brabham. The only back marker to do all season... That was a fantastic year for rejectdom (the only positive thing in that season really...)

I seriously didn't think Tyrrell sucked more than Lola in 1993!!! Badoer is seriously better than anyone gives him credit for I must say!

According to FORIX, during 1994 Brabham spent 71 laps in 16th position, 73 in 17th, 46 in 18th, 60 in 19th, 54 in 20th, 70 in 21st, 49 in 22nd, 33 in 23rd, 27 in 24th, 15 in 25th and 1 in 26th. But he retired 10 times out of 16 race starts, and all his retirements came within the first 20 laps of the race...

I'm going to bet on Olivier Panis. That Ligier car was awful for the first half of the season, but it was very reliable.
Go home, Bernie Ecclestone!

"So, no KERS?"

Johnny Herbert might just be a dark horse for 1994, Lotus were awful that year but pretty reliable IIRC!

Curse you, de Crasheris, for not crashing enough in 1993!

I'm still with David Brabham for 1994, though.

Had he competed in three races, he would be a very safe choice. But I doubt 56 laps will be enough to win.

Here's wondering if any of the 2000s era drivers can make it into the Top 10. Tiago Monteiro maybe, based on his rookie finishing record in a slow car? Or one of the Honda Earth Car drivers? Given that Sakon Yamamoto has driven mostly for halves of seasons only, it's not very likely it would be him.
“Mexico City is a better place to hold the (Mexican GP) than Cancun,” said Ecclestone. “In more or less any city around the world you could ask people ‘where is Mexico City?’ and they would say ‘Mexico’.”

Over a month, I kept you waiting.
Over a month, you held your breath.
Diniz or Moreno? Or even an outside pick, like Montermini? Why not a plain underdog for this award, like Panis?
Records have been smashed to pieces, blown to smithereens.
A team has dominated in a way that was never seen before.
Pascal Fabre looks like a frontrunner compared to the top two.
Ladies and gentlemen, here is...
1995

1. Pedro Diniz - 353 laps (James1978, the Masked Lapwing, Wizzie and Phoenix's pick)
2. Roberto Moreno - 243 laps (Shizuka, Aerond, Jeroen Krautmeir, Bleu, DanielPT and Dartanian's pick)
3. Andrea Montermini - 121 laps (thehemogoblin's pick)
4. Bertrand Gachot - 98 laps
5. Taki Inoue - 40 laps
6. Giovanni Lavaggi - 36 laps
7. Domenico Schiattarella - 25 laps
8. Gabriele Tarquini - 24 laps

Nice!

1996 is between Diniz, Katayama, Rosset and Lamy - the second Minardi drivers and Fortis won't do enough races.

I'll go with Lamy.
